Erasmus+ International Project of the EU
Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
It allows groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on shared projects for short periods.
"We were able to reach a high degree of understanding and empathy, creating all
together an atmosphere in which, whatever our differences were, they no longer mattered."
"We didn’t feel alone, we felt supported and cared about. We realized that there was a way
out of the darkness; and all the participants were there, reaching out to each other
and pulling each of us to the Light."

Passeurs de Culture
Parma, Italy - May 2022
The project was aimed at promoting inclusion, diversity and tolerance.
The Youth Exchange involved participants from Greece, Cyprus, Turkiye, Italy & Spain.

I improved my knowledge and understanding of numerous limitations people may encounter (such as cultural, socioeconomic and geographical barriers or those linked to discrimination).
We also analysed the situation of people with disabilities, minorities, migrants and refugees. My awareness of other cultures grew, and I became empowered to be an 'agent of change' towards a more inclusive, diverse and respectful society by being an active citizen in my local community.
The main goal of the project was to equip the participants with knowledge, skills and attitude on how to address mental and physical health issues and strengthen of the youngster in our own communities.

The project involved participants from Ukraine, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Italy & Spain.
The competencies I -and we, as a group- developed were, above all, empathy and emotional intelligence; listening skills; intercultural/cultural awareness; sensitivity; the benefits of group therapy and the knowledge of how words can make a big and positive impact on others if the context is appropriate.

This program changed my life & the way I conceive relationships for the better: all that's left in me is gratitude.
The aim of the project was to develop new skills through the exchange of practices and knowledge in the fields of food, local production and the promotion of gastronomic heritage.
We learnt about the cultural and historical significance of different foods and cuisines, and developed an appreciation for the diversity of gastronomic heritage. We also shared our cultural heritage with the other nationalities.

The program involved participants from Italy, France, Portugal & Spain.
It also involved experts in food issues from the 4 nationalities involved in the project.
I was also assigned the specific task to create a film about the activities.

Crónica de una Muerte Anunciada
Chronicle of a Death Foretold
This is a documentary film that was first born as just an academic project for UCAM Catholic University of Murcia. When we finished it, the result was so good that we decided to publish it. The documentary seeks to raise awareness about the current state of the Mar Menor and claims for actions to be taken by the competent authorities to recover the good condition of the lagoon. I co-produced, co-directed and edited the documentary.
The Region of Murcia is home to the two biggest human-caused ecological disasters in the Mediterranean. No one dares to speak about this. It is time to learn from our mistakes.

The documentary reached 50.000+ views before being deleted by YouTube. Obviously, I reuploaded it.
Cartago 21 (Spanish Navy)
I collaborated in the exercise Cartago 21 of the Spanish Navy as a student of the Faculty of Communication of the Catholic University of Murcia.

The exercise simulated the accident of a submarine and the different operational and logistical reactions to be followed by the staffs and units involved for the coordination of the necessary support for the deployment of the necessary means to prolong survival times and rescue the submarine crew alive, putting into practice the Navy's General Submarine Rescue and Rescue Plan.

I was involved in the crisis communication management, for which we covered the news of the alleged incident with television, radio, digital press and crisis communication support.
